Dr. Ficke is a Robinson professor and chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Retired after 30 years of service in the US Army, his last military assignment was Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at San Antonio Military Medical Center. While on Active Duty, he was deployed to Iraq as a senior orthopaedic surgeon in country, and Deputy Commander for the 228th Combat Support Hospital.

In addition of being President of Rothman Institute, Vaccaro is Professor and Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the past President of the American Spinal Injury Association. He has over 650 peer reviewed publications and is the editor of over 54 textbooks and co-editor of OKU-Spine I and editor of OKU-8.

Bozic holds multiple regional and national leadership positions and is widely recognized as a leader in orthopaedic surgery and value based care and delivery models. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Seton Healthcare Musculoskeletal Service Line, where he has overseen implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of BPCI and CJR Programs.

Dr. Cohen currently is the CEO for OrthoCarolina and has served as vice chairman of the Board of Directors and chair of the Operations Committee at OrthoCarolina. Brent Stice is Vice President of Humana’s Value Based Program Operations and Analytics organization, comprised of enterprise level analytics, administration, development, and deployment of Primary Care incentive models, as well as all aspects of Humana’s Bundled Payment programs. Mr. Stice has held a myriad of leadership roles throughout his 10 years at Humana including Reimbursement Strategy, Contract Negotiations, Product Trend, Market Finance, and Unit Cost projections.

Dr. Levin is the Paul B. Magnuson Professor of Bone and Joint Surgery. Vetter is currently Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the preeminent journal, Anesthesia & Analgesia. He has published extensively in outcomes research and topics such as comparative effectiveness.

Dr. Caillouette is the Joan and Andy Fimiano Endowed Chair in Orthopedic Surgery for Hoag Memorial Hospital. He is Chairman of Newport Orthopedic Institute; a 30-physician group based in Newport Beach, California. He has numerous publications in the orthopedic literature. He is currently focused on healthcare economics and reform, along with the design of next generation medical devices.

Dr. Winston is the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) at Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Winston is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Navy, a board certified anesthesiologist, and was most recently the chair of Anesthesiology at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center. He served on The Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners as Vice President and President Elect, and worked with the legislature to create and modify healthcare policy.

Dr. Gupta is a world renown orthopedic surgeon and researcher who had been continuously funded by NIH-NINDS since 2000. Gupta has previously served as Chair of Orthopedics at UCI and has received numerous awards such as the NIH Career Development Award from the NINDS-NIH.

As Medical Director of the BIDMC Transfer Center, she works with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient transfers between hospitals.

Dr. Koenig specializes in treatment of hip and knee arthritis including both primary and revision surgery and leads the initiative to improve access to musculoskeletal care for Austin’s underserved population. Dr. Koenig previously led the Division of Adult Reconstruction at Dartmouth and was one of the architects of GreenCare, a sweeping quality improvement initiative to create a self-improving microsystem around total joint replacement.

Dr. Shah is a nationally recognized orthopedic surgeon and Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Dr. McCann is Director, Strategic Initiatives and Orthopedic Surgery at Lenox Health Greenwich Village, a division of Northwell Health in New York and a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, Zucker School of Medicine, Hofstra/Northwell. He completed his Fellowship in shoulder surgery with Charles S. Neer II, MD at Columbia University Medical Center in 1986.

Eric is currently the US President at Medacta, a privately held Swiss based orthopedic company. Previously he was the Vice President of Sales at DePuy Orthopaedics, where he formulated and led the implementation of sales strategies that grew US revenues from $585 million to $1.7 billion. Eric was also the President and CEO of AmpOrthopedics,Inc., aventure backed companythat developsnovel technologies for the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Drouin is founder and CEO of Clarify Health Solutions, which enables health systems and payers to deliver more satisfying and efficient care through advanced analytics, machine learning, and digital care optimization solutions. Jean was a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, and also served as Head of Strategy for NHS London. In these roles, he served over 20 countries and 100 health systems and payers on engagements that generated over $1B in efficiency and quality improvements.

Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes is an experienced clinician executive who previously led all clinical multi-specialty Quality and Safety, Telehealth initiatives and value-based payment models in MEDNAX. Prior to joining MEDNAX, Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes held several leadership roles within the academic, corporate and not-for-profit arenas.

Dr. Scott is an international expert in Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) principles and is co-author of the ERAS Society Consensus Guidelines and is a member of the ERAS Society Executive Committee. He has published extensively on haemodynamic monitoring, fluid therapy and the stress response for surgery within an ERAS Protocol. Dr. Randall holds the David Linn Endowed Chair in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Randall has been recognized internationally for his work as chief of the Sarcoma Array Research Consortium (SARC) lab, his development of a genetically engineered mouse model at the University of Utah (in cooperation with Nobel Prize co-winner Mario Capecchi), and his technical advancements in limb salvage surgery.

Al Minjock, PhD, RN currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Service for the Critical Care Division of Edwards Lifesciences. In this role he is responsible for the integration and implementation of Edwards Critical Care product portfolio within large independent delivery networks.
