In addition of being President of Rothman Institute, Vaccaro is Professor and Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the past President of the American Spinal Injury Association. He has over 650 peer reviewed publications and is the editor of over 54 textbooks and co-editor of OKU-Spine I and editor of OKU-8.

Dr. Bozic is the Chair of Surgery and Perioperative Care at the Dell Medical School at UT Austin. He is an internationally recognized leader in orthopaedic surgery and value-based health care payment and delivery models. Dr. Bozic is the 2nd Vice President of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and will assume the position of President in March 2023.

Dr. Frankle currently serves as the Immediate Past-President of the Society of American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. He is the director of the Biomechanical Shoulder and Elbow Research Lab at the University of South Florida College of Engineering. Dr. Ficke is The Robert A. Robinson Professor and Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Retired after 30 years of service in the US Army, his last military assignment was Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at San Antonio Military Medical Center. While on Active Duty, he was deployed to Iraq as a senior orthopaedic surgeon-in-country, and Deputy Commander for the 228th Combat Support Hospital.

Dr. Winston is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Winston is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Navy, a board certified anesthesiologist, and was most recently the chair of Anesthesiology at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center. He served on The Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners as Vice President and President Elect, and worked with the legislature to create and modify healthcare policy.

Dr. Rodriguez is the Immediate Past-President of the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia (SAMBA). He previously served as Chair of Anesthesiology and Associate Dean of Clinical Operations Officer in UC Irvine Health.

Suk is chair of the Geisinger Musculoskeletal Institute and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and is also the chief physician officer for Geisinger System Services. He is on the editorial board of several orthopaedic journals, author of numerous scientific articles and a textbook. He is a national authority on VBC in the orthopedic space.

Dr. Grichnik the Chief of Anesthesiology Services at Surgical Care Affiliates, where she supports strategic partnerships and business models to create stakeholder value, ensures aligned and skilled anesthesiology professional services and collaborates to enhance quality of care, facility operational success, ensure safety, create risk visibility, and support its resolution. She has served as the past President of American Anesthesiology as well as the previous CMO for the Cleveland Clinic’s Indian River Hospital.

Dr. Barsoum is currently the President and Chief Transformation Officer at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) where he leads the company’s market transformation initiatives along with growth and clinical integration strategies. He spearheads the MSK service line hospital integration, specialty hospitals, quality programs, and operations. Prior to joining HOPCo, he was the CEO and President of Cleveland Clinic Florida.

Dr. Hughes has practiced as an inpatient acute care nurse practitioner in orthoapedics for 18 years. As a provider, Executive Board Director for the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses, and the leader for Inpatient Advanced Practice Clinicians for the Richmond, VA facilities of Bon Secours Mercy Health, Dr. Hughes uses research and QA/QI initiatives to improve patient care beyond the bedside.

He is the CEO of the largest and most reputable revenue cycle management company in the ASC market. Prior to National Medical, Nader was the president of Ajuba International, an award-winning health care revenue cycle company. Prior to Ajuba International, Nader was an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions at both Merrill Lynch in and UBS, and also served as a corporate finance attorney at Dykema Gossett.

Dr. Benjamin Alman is Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery at Duke University. He has oversight for a practice innovation unit that trials innovative care methods. In addition to his clinical practice in pediatric orthopedics, he holds several NIH funded projects examining the role of developmental cell processes in musculoskeletal pathologic conditions. Some of this work has been translated to patient care.

Dr. Hutchins is currently the executive medical director of the M Health Fairview Ambulatory Surgery Center and also the division director of the Regional Anesthesia, Acute Pain, and Ambulatory Surgery at the University of Minnesota. His research also explores the area of long acting local anesthetics for postoperative pain control in a variety of surgical procedures and management of acute postoperative pain in ambulatory surgery.

Ms. Hallak is the Executive Director of the Orthopedic and Neuroscience Clinical Institutes for Providence Southern California. In this role, she leads the strategic planning, clinical integration, performance improvement, and program development at 11 Providence hospitals and multiple ambulatory entities.

Mr. Ravitz is the Chief Operating Officer for the Department of Orthopaedics and the Chief Administrative Officer for the Musculoskeletal Service Line and is in charge of all business functions, strategy and operations for Penn Orthpaedics across the region. He previously was the Associate Executive Director at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he oversaw the business operations of Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Wound Care, and the outpatient surgery center.

Dr. Christal is a Seattle-based, fellowship-trained joint preservation and joint replacement surgeon who specializes in robotic-assisted and outpatient arthroplasty. Dr. Christal was a key participant in the design and construction of Washington's first purpose-built outpatient arthroplasty center, where he currently serves as medical director. Dr. Spitzer is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Clinical Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery, and Co-director of the Joint Replacement Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He completed the Harvard Surgical Leadership Program, publishes and lectures regularly, is a reviewer for many Orthopaedic Journals, and is passionate about the nonoperative management of osteoarthritis of the hip and knee.

Katie Szyman is the corporate vice president and responsible for the company’s global critical care and vascular business. Previously, she held a variety of roles with increasing levels of responsibility for more than 20 years at Medtronic, plc, where she served as its senior vice president and president of the global diabetes business, overseeing research, development, operations, sales and marketing for the company’s insulin infusion pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems.

Scott joined National Medical Billing Services in 2008 and is the Senior Vice President of Managed Care Contracting. Scott manages all aspects of ASC managed care contracts which include analysis of language and rates, contract audits, developing best practices for implementing standard operating procedures for managed care contracts throughout the revenue cycles. He serves on the Payor Relations Committee of the Healthcare Billing Management Association and has lobbied on Capitol Hill for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
