WHAT IS PeriOP MEDICINE 2025?

Ten years ago, we launched the highly successful Perioperative Surgical Home Summit. Recognizing the need for a practical, hands-on approach, we introduced a focused 2-day Perioperative Boot Camp two years later. Now, we are advancing to the next phase.

PeriOP Medicine 2025 is a precise, actionable conference designed to provide you with practical strategies on Friday that you can implement as soon as you’re back on Monday. This event is held in conjunction with OVBC 2025, which this year spotlights new CMS bundles in orthopedics, colorectal, and cardiac care—requiring rollout in 25% of U.S. hospitals. These bundles aim to reduce postoperative complications and readmissions, and our boot camp will equip you to support your hospital and team with confidence!

Historically, there has been a significant gap in the U.S. healthcare system’s financial models for frameworks like ERAS, PSH, and Perioperative Medicine. Now, with the introduction of these extensive bundles, hospitals are encouraged to share savings with clinicians through gainsharing—creating a financial model that incentivizes collaborative, cost-effective care.
