The OVBC 2024 planning committee is excited to announce an opportunity to submit abstracts related to maximizing value to your patients and your practice.
Remember, value = outcomes/cost so any intervention that improves the outcome of surgery or reduces cost is within the scope of OVBC. This includes clinical, operational and financial aspects of topics such as the move to outpatient surgery, novel surgical techniques, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, new practice models, enhanced recovery, optimizing patients, and value-based payments.
This year, there will be dedicated poster sessions led by the invited keynote faculty.
