In addition of being President of Rothman Institute, Vaccaro is Professor and Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the past President of the American Spinal Injury Association. He has over 650 peer reviewed publications and is the editor of over 54 textbooks and co-editor of OKU-Spine I and editor of OKU-8.

Dr. Jevsevar is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OrthoVirginia. He was previously Chair of the Department of Orthopaedics at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Dr. Jevsevar has had a long involvement with value-based care including evidence-based medicine, clinical program and care pathway development, quality and performance improvement, and clinical/patient–reported outcomes.

Dr. Fagin, Chief Quality Officer for HCA Healthcare, oversees Quality, Patient Safety, and Regulatory strategy. A pioneering robotic surgeon, he introduced laparoscopic prostatectomy to the U.S., trained globally, and advanced robotic surgery programs. He joined HCA Healthcare in 2015, leading service line strategy for robotics, orthopedics, and surgical services.

Kain is a thought leader in Orthopedic Value based care and an international expert on Perioperative Surgical Home and enhanced recovery. He is also a national leader in perioperative digital health. He previously served as Chair of Anesthesiology and Associate Dean of Clinical Operations Officer in UC Irvine Health.

Dr. Gupta is a world-renowned orthopedic surgeon and researcher funded by NIH-NINDS/NIA as a principal investigator for over 17 years. Gupta has previously served as Chair of Orthopedics at UCI, received numerous awards such as the NIH Career Development Award/Kappa Delta/ABC traveling fellowship, and recently started as a Chair at Creighton/CommonSpirit in September 2024.

Dr. Dasa serves as vice chair for academic affairs for the department of Orthopedics, Irvin Cahen endowed chair for research, and chair of the LSU clinical practice leadership group. He is the co-founder and chief medical officer for an innovative start up, SIGHT Medical and helped co found a novel medical education platform: DOC SOCIAL. He has developed surgical techniques to allow outpatient opioid free total knee replacement and pioneered the use of cutting edge technologies such as iovera.

Dr. Bozic is the Chair of Surgery and Perioperative Care at the Dell Medical School at UT Austin. He is an internationally recognized leader in orthopaedic surgery and value-based health care payment and delivery models. Dr Bozic is a Past President of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Troy Simonson is the CEO of Seattle-based Proliance Surgeons, an independent multispecialty practice with over 100 locations across Washington including 16 ambulatory surgery centers.Troy joined Proliance Surgeons in November 2021.Previously Troy also served as the CEO of Revo Health, 2017-2023, a healthcare innovation company that provides business support to physician-led medical practices and ambulatory surgery centers.Prior to Revo Health, Troy was the CEO of Twin Cities Orthopedics from 2004 –2020.

Maxime Cannesson, MD, PhD, is a board-certifiedanesthesiologist with more than 16years of experience in academic medicine, leadership, education, research, quality, and technology development, working collaboratively within and among various countries, departments, academic institutions, and industry.He is Professor and Chair of the Department of Anesthesiologyand Perioperative Medicineat UCLA. He has published more than 200peer reviewed articles and threetextbooks.

Dr. Slonin oversees research and development and all customer-facing medical operations in addition to clinical, R&D, and medical strategy. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist who has held numerous clinical and leadership positions with TeamHealth and Envision Healthcare including Regional Medical Director for the Southeast with TeamHealth and Chairman of Anesthesiology for the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health.

Dr. Barsoum is currently the President and Chief Transformation Officer at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) where he leads the company’s market transformation initiatives along with growth and clinical integration strategies. He spearheads the MSK service line hospital integration, specialty hospitals, quality programs, and operations. Prior to joining HOPCo, he was the CEO and President of Cleveland Clinic Florida.

Dr. Vetter is a nationally recognized expert on perioperative medicine and value-based healthcare. Since coming to Austin in 2016, Vetter has co-lead the development of an innovative, hybrid Perioperative Surgical Home model, which is a coalition among Ascension Texas, USAP-Texas (Central), and SOUND. Dr. Vetter is currently Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the preeminent journal, Anesthesia & Analgesia. He has published extensively in clinical outcomes and comparative effectiveness research.

Dr. Springer is currently the Chair of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Mayo Clinic Florida.  He is the Immediate Past Chair for the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR) and was the 2022 President of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He serves as President and is on the Board of Directors for the International Orthopedic Education Network (IOEN).

An accomplished biopharmaceutical leader, Mr. Lee brings thirty years of global experience and a strong track record of product development and commercial success across both small biotech and large pharmaceutical organizations. Mr. Lee currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Pacira BioSciences Inc. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of publicly traded Forma Therapeutics.

Sigman is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in Sports and has served as Team Physician for the US Ski Jump Team, and serves for the last 20 years as Team Physician at UMASS Lowell. He is the Chief of Orthopaedics at Lowell General Hospital and is considered a national authority in Opioid Sparing Surgery. He has contributed to numerous publications and research studies on advances in orthopaedic surgery.

Sacha is a key figure at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, which is responsible for developing new payment models and improving healthcare delivery under Medicare and Medicaid. Her expertise is focused on payment structures like the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Advanced (BPCI) model and the Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM). In this role, she handles complex pricing methodologies for clinical episodes and helps design incentives that aim to reduce healthcare costs while maintaining quality care.

Casey Leavitt is leading efforts to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and develop value-based models for musculoskeletal care. With over 30 years of experience, she has held leadership roles in academic medical centers, healthcare consultancy services, and start-ups. Casey holds a master’s degree in Health Care Transformation from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the University of Utah, and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University.

Dr. Brodke is the Chair of the Department of Orthopaedics, University of Utah.  He is the past-president of the Cervical Spine Research Society and the past-chair of AO Spine North America.  His clinical practice is focused on spinal disorders of the neck and back and he is a nationally recognized leader in the study and use of patient reported outcomes for this patient population.

Dr. Chamberlain serves on multiple national committees, including the AAOS Evidence-Based Quality and Value Committee. Dr. Chamberlain has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has received research funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation. He is a leader in musculoskeletal care and an advocate for healthcare safety and quality.

Ed White has extensive experience in representing accountable care organizations, clinical integration networks, value-based enterprises and worked with providers in creating value-based contracts, arrangements, and joint ventures. He has represented hospitals in the formation and operation of integrated hospital and physician delivery systems, joint venture relationships, and other hospital/physician transactions. He also has represented physician practices in structuring mergers, consolidations, acquisitions, joint ventures, contractual agreements, and strategic affiliations with hospitals and other healthcare providers

Paul Bruning has over 35 years of experience in musculoskeletal care. He has held leadership roles, including serving on boards for the AAOE and ATPPS. Dr. Bruning is an adjunct faculty member at Samuel Merritt University and a national speaker on orthopedic administration and value-based care. He has received multiple honors, including the AAOE President’s Award and induction into the Minnesota Athletic Trainers’ Association Hall of Fame in 2024.

Dr. Davidoff is responsible for overseeing medical services provided to over 4.7 million patients across Southern California. As a practicing urologist, Dr. Davidoff combines clinical expertise with visionary leadership to promote value-based care, operational excellence, and innovative healthcare delivery models. His efforts are instrumental in advancing Kaiser Permanente’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered, and affordable care to diverse populations.

He serves as the founding Director of the Division of Perioperative Informatics, and Medical Director of UCSD's Koman Outpatient Pavilion Ambulatory Surgery Center. His clinical expertise is in regional anesthesia and chronic pain management (specifically cryoneurolysis). His research includes leveraging artificial intelligence in perioperative medicine.

Allen leads contracting and category management of orthopedics and neuro-physician preference items, with a focus on cost management in the Ambulatory Surgery space. Previously, he served in senior leadership roles at Johns Hopkins Health System and Cleveland Clinic. Allen holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst University, and has a clinical background in Athletic Training.

He is focused on accelerating specialty value-based care through meaningful specialist engagement, sustainable clinical transformation, and innovative partnerships. Prior to joining Optum in 2020, he was the Vice-Chairman of Practice Transformation in the Duke Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a past president of the North Carolina Orthopaedic Association. His clinical practice is focused on hip arthroscopy and he is engaged in national and international leadership roles in this field.

Andre serves as, a multispecialty Orthopedic practice in the greater Chicago area with approximately 165 Physicians who specialize 11 different Orthopedic subspecialties as well as Rheumatology and Pain Management. Amongst other duties, he also serves on the Value Based Committee for the OrthoForum and oversees IBJI’s “OrthoSync” program, a convener organization that serves clients in CMS's BPCI-A Model along with Commercial Bundles.

Elan has focused on all aspects of the P2P process from Procurement and Contracting, Receiving and Logistics, to “Supply” utilization, including a strong focus on Clinical Value Analysis. Her roles varied across her career, including but not limited to projects improving supply movement within and flowing out of centralized stock locations, the reorganization of OR cores, buildouts of new facilities, leadership, and interim leadership positions.

Wendy is specializing in enhancing health care organizations' value-based care capabilities. The Collaborative provides a forum for its members to share best practices by connecting people, data and knowledge. She manages overall service delivery and member engagement for teams that guide organizations in understanding how to succeed in value-based models, improve quality of care, and engage in health equity strategies.

Dr. Randall holds the David Linn Endowed Chair in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Randall has been recognized internationally for his work as chief of the Sarcoma Array Research Consortium (SARC) lab, his development of a genetically engineered mouse model at the University of Utah (in cooperation with Nobel Prize co-winner Mario Capecchi), and his technical advancements in limb salvage surgery.

Eric Makhni, MD, MBA, is a board-certified orthopedic sports medicine surgeon at Henry Ford Health and Clinical Associate Professor at Michigan State University. An expert in Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), he serves as Senior Clinical Advisor for Orthopedic Quality and Informatics and is CEO and Co-Founder of Protera Health.

Dr. Eric McCarty serves as the Chief of Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. McCarty is the head team physician for the University of Colorado athletic teams and the Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club Dr. McCarty is very active in research, teaching, education, and leadership and currently is the President-Elect for the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM).

Kelton Burbank is board certified in orthopedic surgery with a CAQ in sports medicine who specializes in shoulder surgery. He completed his orthopedic residency at University of Massachusetts, then did a sports/shoulder fellowship at the New England Baptist Hospital. Currently, he works at Reliant Medical Group where he is the Director of Specialty Care Transformation. Prior to his orthopedic career, he was a board certified Family Practice Physician, giving hm a unique perspective on the health care delivery.

Monty joined Becton Dickinson (BD) in August 2023 after 20+ years as Chair of Anesthesia and Critical Care at University College London. A former Duke University faculty member, he founded EBPOM, POQI, and TopMedTalk, and served as the UK’s National Clinical Lead for Enhanced Surgical Recovery, advancing perioperative care globally.

Donna is the President of the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses; She is the Chief Quality and Patient Experience Officer for OrthoVirginia. Donna has over 30 years of orthopaedic nursing and quality management experience. Donna has been a clinical and quality support to multiple value-based care projects within both NAON and OrthoVirginia. She currently works to advance orthopaedic programs and standardization of care practices through patient reported outcomes geared at decreasing variations in practice to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and improve costs.
